At the Grassland

Cloud took a rest in the grasslands.
He looked up as the sun shined on his face.
He had to squint through the sunlight.
The swaying grass reminded him of the crashing waves of the beach.
He rested his sword beside him.

Aerith showed up next to him, and smiled.
"Hey Cloud it's me Aerith Gainsborough, aren't you welcome me back?" Aerith asked.
Aerith smiled the same smile she gave him back then, and she looked so happy to see him again.
Aerith sat by him, and put her legs up to her chest.
"I am back because the Farplane let me be back it actually let me live for a second time." Aerith said.
Aerith looked at the sunlight, and smiled it seemed like the sun will be the same no matter what planet she is on.

Cloud was surprised. He couldnt make the words come from his mouth.
"But....you're...."
He tried to hide his surprise but only felt more guilty.
If it wasnt for him, she wouldnt need a second chance.
"I'm sorry...."

"It's all right Cloud." Aerith said.
Aerith didn't mind of coming back a second time she was only worried about Cloud.
"You haven't change one bit what do I wrong?" Aerith asked.
Aerith doesn't know what she did wrong she doesn't understand anything anymore.
"Did I make you angry did I do something to make you mad?" Aerith asked.

"Nothing you did."
He looked at her with worry in his eyes.
"I couldnt do anything to save you."

"Ah I see." Aerith said.
Aerith knew she had to die by Sephiroth.
"I told you I never blamed you not once you came for me that's all that matters." Aerith said.
Aerith knew that he would be so worried if she was given a second chance of living this is her shot to make everything right.
"Zack Fair told me he wanted you to live on as his legacy, and I told him that I have twenty-three wishes. Do you want to hear them?" Aerith said.

He smiled slightly.
"sure."

"First I would to see the sky."
Second would you come to visit on your off hours
Third would you like to help me to sell these flowers
Fourth I hope you and I have a great years together
Fifth I want us to appreciate everything we have together
Sixth and I want you to stay by my side." Aerith said.
Aerith looked at Cloud.
"There's the list I gave to Zack I made a copy so you can have it as well." Aerith said.
Aerith looked down, and looked back at Cloud.
"You know I really wanted to say thank you for coming to my life." Aerith said.

Cloud smiled for what seemed like the first time in years.
"Thanks, Aerith.
We can do those things.
But only as friends. I have Mizore now."

"I know I don't mind if we are just friends." Aerith said.
Aerith smiled, and she really liked how Cloud is so happy now.
Aerith smiled at Cloud, and she didn't mind of being friends with him for now on she did had a crush on him back then, but now she smiled with a friendly smile.

"Wanna get on that list now?"
He said with a small hidden smile.

"Sure, and Cloud can I ask you something?" Aerith asked.
Aerith wanted to ask him something really important.

"yeah, go ahead."
